Foreign Policy

We have 737 military bases in 130 different countries. Since WWII we have not officially declared war, yet we seem to be perpetually involved in some kind of military conflict. Always proclaiming our duty to “make the world safe for democracy” we have justified our war now against “global terrorism” by the attack on the Twin Towers in New York City.

If you have not made the connection to the British development of imperialism as an art of government, go back and study the references that I give in my issue on the economy. For those of you who will not have the time to read those references, let me cut this issue to the quick.

Our military is the force that the global elite use to steal natural resources (raw materials) world wide and control transportation world wide. And, once again, we can see the strategic use of international finance to put manufacturing (production and jobs) where labor is the cheapest.

While the “developing world” may be desperate, they are not stupid. It is understandable that they hold Americans in such contempt. We in effect steal their natural resources, their labor, and if they kick up a fuss, we will bomb them!!

We should bring our military and our jobs home. Our government has no authority to make the world safe for democracy. Its function is to protect American rights and that primarily in the U.S.. We can post a few of them on our borders and at our ports of entry.

No foreign policy should dictate global domination and free trade. There are few things (raw materials) that we have to get from some other country to make our economy work for us. Right here in district 13 we don’t mine tungsten because we can get it cheaper world wide.
